Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Contact us at hello@girldads.co.uk to start a return

Exchanges

• We’re happy to exchange for a different size where stock is available
• Contact us and we’ll arrange it

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
